Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework, which integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought and was created by two dietitians, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch in 1995. Intuitive Eating is a weight-inclusive, evidence-based model with a validated assessment scale and over 100 studies to date.

Stanley is a yoga teacher, fat positivity advocate, entrepreneur, and author of Every Body Yoga. Her teaching style focuses on self-love and body liberation, reminding everyone that there are no boundaries as to who can find joy in downward dog.
Since 2005, we have been facilitating work focused on creating a body-compassionate and weight-inclusive world. Informed by shame resilience theory, social justice movements, and self-compassion while working from the principles of Intuitive Eating and Healthy At Every Size®
